PTO Manager

Volunteers are always needed!  Our H&S provides you with many opportunities to volunteer.  Please consider volunteering for a committee that fits your schedule and interests.  We encourage everyone to become involved in some way.  Your kids will love having you assist and you will too!  We are making life easier for our committee heads and volunteers with the PTO Manager program.  Sign up to volunteer now by going to PTO Manager.

To register for the first time:

Go to www.williammason.ptomanager.com and look on the bottom right hand side where it says “New PTO Manager User?” - click to register.

You will be asked for your e-mail and to create a password - click “Save” when done.

The next screen is the step 1 screen.  Start with step one and enter your volunteer information.  You can fill out it completely or only fill out the required fields which are marked with a red asterisk.  Please do not click on the “Do Not e-mail me”. The e-mails that are sent from this site are only from Home and School.  You do not get ads or anything from PTO Today.  The program creates e-mail lists that Home and School committee heads can communicate with their volunteers, in other words, you!

When done with this screen, click on Step 2 which is highlighted in blue at the top. This page has all the committees that are looking for volunteer help.  You may click on as many as you want to.  When you have finished, click save and the screen will change to students.  Click on new student to enter your child’s name.  For class, click on the arrow at the end of the field and all the teacher’s names will come up.

When you are finished, you can click on the events, and if there are any listed that you would like to volunteer for, you may sign up at this time.

Don’t have a computer at home?  Don’t panic!  We still want you to volunteer.
